Q.   Will the WareCo Relief Pack cure Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?

A.   No. The Carpal Tunnel Relief Pack is designed to give temporary relief of

       occasional flare ups. THERE IS NO CURE!

 

Q.   How often can you use the relief pack?

A.   You can use your relief pack when ever it is necessary. Patients that have severe cases

       will use the relief pack more frequently.

 

Q.   Can the cold gel pack be used again?

A.   Yes. The cold gel pack can be used over and over.

 

Q.   Why does the pain and numbness mostly happen at night?

A.   It seems that when you cease physical activity (usually at night) the body fluids collect

      in the nerve tissues. This swells the tissue putting pressure on the nerves.

 

Q.   How fast does it work?

A.   The majority of patients experience relief within 1 to 2 minutes.

 

Q.   Is the relief pack covered by my health insurance?

A.   Yes. Unfortunately, this is a new durable medical good, not all suppliers carry it yet.

 

Q.   Are there other uses for your relief pack?

A.   Yes. If you have a sprain, strain or tendonitis of the wrist your gel pack

       can be heated (stove top or micro-wave) for warm relief.

 

Q.   Can I order custom colors?
A.   WareCo Medical does not retail custom colors or designs. Customization (logos and colors) can done for bulk orders.

Q.   How can I pay for my order?

A.   WareCo Medical accepts Visa, MasterCard credit or debit cards & American Express.

      You may also make your purchase via PayPal.

      Now, customers don't need an account to use PayPal. With PayPal you can make your purchase using any credit or debit

      card, checks or e-transfer. Qualified customers may order on account. If you would like to apply for credit with us, please

      call us at 313-887-1342. Government agencies, schools, and hospitals can be shipped on open account.

Q.   Is my order secure?
A.   Yes. All online orders are 100% secure through encrypted SSL technology. We have taken every step to ensure the safety

      of your personal information.

Q.   Do you store credit card numbers?
A.   No. WareCo Medical does not maintain a database of credit card numbers and names thereby eliminating the possibility

      of anyone obtaining your credit information for misuse from your account history information.

Q.   Do you share my email address with any other companies?

A.   No. Our policy at WareCo Medical dictates that we do not share personal data about our customers with anyone outside

      of our company unless necessary for order processing (for example UPS or other carriers).

Q.   When will my order ship?
A.   Most orders received by 5pm EST, will ship out the same day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.  WareCo Medical

      will notify you via email your shipping information or if any items are on back order.

Q.   How long will it take to deliver?
A.   WareCo Medical normally ships USP Priority Mail. (2-3 Days)


Q.   How can I track my order?
A.   WareCo Medical will notify you via email (when supplied) your order tracking number.

 
Q.   Can I pick up my order?
A.   Our warehouse is not staffed for customer pick-up orders.

Q.   Is overnight shipping available?
A.   WareCo Medical can ship orders overnight to our customers.

Q.   What is your return policy?
A.   Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. If items were shipped in error or damaged in transit, WareCo Medical will pay

      for all return charges, and waive any restocking fees. However, if WareCo Medical shipped your order per your specifications

      but you would still like to return items, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, and a 15% re-stocking fee

      will apply. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Q.   What if my shipment is lost by the carrier?
A.   In the unlikely event that a carrier loses your order, for your convenience WareCo Medical will send a replacement order to

      you immediately. We will handle all claims with the carrier. If a carrier only delivers part of your order, make sure to note the

      missing items when you sign for your shipment. Carriers are responsible for missing items only when noted on the shipping

      documents. Please make sure to inspect the delivery for any damaged or missing items, and write the details of the items on

      the shipping documents. If a shipment is signed for in full, WareCo Medical will not be responsible for any missing items.

Q.   What if my shipment is damaged?
A.   Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be damaged in transit. Carriers are responsible for damaged items only if the

      damage is noted when you sign for your shipment. Please make sure to inspect the delivery for any damaged or missing

      items, and write the details of the items on the shipping documents. If a shipment is signed for in full, WareCo Medical will not

      be responsible for any damaged items.
